Physical Therapist, OCS, CSCS
I’ve been a physical therapist for over 25 years, working all over the country with many different patient populations and qualified therapists. These experiences have been invaluable and have shaped my practice into what it is today. I find great joy in empowering people to reach their full potential and help them get back to optimal function. I especially enjoy treating orthopedic and sports injuries at all levels for all
patient age groups. Shoulder and elbow injuries in overhead athletes and workers are of particular interest to me. One of the best parts of my job is seeing patients surprise themselves after they learn what they can achieve with a little guidance, support, and hard work.
I attended Mercer University and Georgia Health Sciences University, both in Georgia, to obtain my B.S. in Physical Therapy. I am also a Certified Orthopedic Specialist as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
I moved to Bend with my family in 2009 to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and active community. My son is now in college and my daughter attends HS here, while my husband continues to coach baseball. When I'm not working I enjoy hiking, golfing, paddle boarding, skiing, snowshoeing and yoga. I've been lucky enough to have had trekked through Peru and Spain, and am passionate about travel as well.
I look forward to getting to know our patients and giving them the tools they need to reach their health goals.
